Return Policy

We accept returns for products purchased directly from our website with a valid order number. For items purchased through other retailers, please contact the retailer directly.
Together Oil does not accept exchanges and/or returns for any opened or used products.
Returns are accepted for unopened, unused products within 14 days of the order date.
Return of products outside of the 14 day window are not eligible.
Products that have been opened are not eligible for a return or exchange
Return shipping fee of $8.00, or more, depending on the original order amount and weight—will be deducted from your total refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns must be initiated with our Customer Support team. Please do not return your order back to sender. Orders that are returned to sender are not eligible for a return or refund.
